Faculty Recruitment
VCU has a prescribed faculty search process which is administered by the Office of EEO/AA Services. The intent of this process is to enhance efforts to increase the diversity of the workforce including women and minorities. The faculty recruitment guidelines below summarize how a PA can assist in the coordination of the faculty recruitment process (e.g. preparing recruitment forms, preparing/placing ads for position, verifying credentials of candidates, reviewing search packets for accuracy and completeness, etc.) In addition, below are the key guidelines and forms for this process as well as contact information.
