January 23, 2002

Due to the fact that there were only three items on the agenda, an electronic meeting was held. Dr. Donna Brodd, Chair, sent meeting materials and the Agenda, electronically, to all members of the Committee.

  1. Minutes of the December 19, 2002 meeting will be on the Agenda for the meeting scheduled for February 13, 2003. They will be voted upon at that time.

  2. OLD BUSINESS

    a. Proposal format – revised copy - It was decided that this form would be used for the rest of the year, and if changes needed to be made for next year, they would be done in May or over the summer.
