Arranging an appointment

Because e-mail is not considered confidential, telephone contact is preferred for arranging appointments.

The ombudsperson can meet with persons seeking assistance on either the Monroe Park Campus or the MCV Campus. Most appointments will be during normal working hours, but appointments at other times can be arranged.

Faculty, staff and postdoctoral trainees in Northern Virginia, Qatar or off-campus sites should contact the ombudsperson by e-mail or phone to arrange meeting times or places. Some meetings may be conducted by telephone.
