The Office of the Vice Provost for Instruction and Student Success is responsible for efforts to improve the quality of instruction, the first-year student experience, assessment of student learning - including the university's Quality Enhancement Plan - and the oversight of student retention efforts.
The purpose of the Center for Teaching Excellence is to promote, enhance, and assess teaching effectiveness and student learning through faculty development.
